:Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with customer needs
- Craft a feature roadmap that drives innovation and enhances user experiences
- Leverage data insights to inform product decisions
- Create and execute business objective-based plans to deliver impactful features
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
- Track business metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless feature adoption
- Configure new features for optimal usability by our customers
- Bridge the gap between our tech team and business stakeholders
- Facilitate valuable communication channels to drive product excellence
- Provide high-level insights into the product development process
- Shape our product vision and contribute to our competitive edge
:Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of leading successful product teams
- Lead product development with a data-centric mindset
- Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
- Owning the roadmap items and delivering them on the due date
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Analyze complex scenarios to drive informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
